Epoxy floors are composed of a resin mix that cures stronger than concrete, making it virtually impossible to dent or crack while also being 100% non porous.

and quartz. Keep in mind that Concrete floors must be properly cleaned of any oil, grease, dirt, or liquid before applying a layer of epoxy. All cracks or fissures must be filled as well. After cleaning, the next step is the application. It could take a few days for the first coat of epoxy to harden before applying the second coat on top of it. Polyaspartic will be faster drying but more costly to install. While wet, epoxy emits a very strong smell. Proper ventilation is required and you will be advised to stay away during this step of the process.
